I’ll need a Signed Letter of consent for all athletes that would like their own profile. Each athlete must have their Parents fill out one form for Signed Consent.

Which I will email over to once signed and filled out by parents and notarized I’ll submit and post your athletes profile and will update it all four years of high school throughout each season.
